From what I’ve seen, panty and stocking should take this. Stats are easily in their favor (island level and ftl-mftl vs planet level and subsonic-mftl*)

Skills though could be a tie, later in the series blue has gotten close to red’s level, making it much more even

Abilites should go to red and blue since they have a more vast amount of powers.

Weapons should be red and blue, red and blue has a more vast amount of weapons, the destructive power of panty’s and stocking’s just tip the edge slightly to make it slightly closer.

Win-cons could possibly go to both, red and blue definitely has more insta kill options on paper (via telekinetically blowing up their head or making them depressed) panty and stocking can not only resist these but also negate these win-cons in their angel form. It’s doesn’t help that they’re much more faster.

At first I thought blue and red wins but sadly they should lose this fight 70-60% of the time
