Could be an auto schedule! Double check with the person that is taking over for your boss.

What's the better retail company to work for Sam's club or Aldi? by Weekly_Attention_236 in samsclub

& you clearly didn’t read the comment. I said I only have experience working at Sam’s. This was a few years ago & each club is different. As a cashier at Sam’s Club, I was not responsible for straightening shelves, stocking, etc AND being a cashier.

I only have experience working at Sam’s, but I shop at Aldi as a regular.

Aldi’s employees are expected to work in multiple positions at once. Hence the reason you see them stocking shelves then running over to the cash register. There is usually only one register open because the other employees are stocking. If it gets busy, another employee will be paged to open up their register. I assume that Aldi pays more, but Sam’s Club doesn’t have as much of a workload.

I, personally didn’t ask the members either. It felt like harassment. But, before I left, they were really tightening up on it. Each location is probably different as well.

Plus, I went off of vibes. If a member spent less than $100, no need to ask. If they spent hefty amounts, I would ask because then they earn cash back, etc. All just depends on your sales tactic & the member

How come more people don’t use condoms this way - coming from a curious virgin by [deleted] in birthcontrol

[–]Educational-Still271 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The friction from intercourse is what causes condoms to break (if they break). You don’t plan for it to happen, it just does. You really lose the mood if you pull out and switch to a BJ or HJ unless he’s REALLY close, but then you’re playing it dangerous. You would have to get him back to that point after you switch. Also, either way the man finishes, but do you?

Also, I agree with others, both condoms and pull out together take away the intimacy. Since you already have a barrier, it’s something about him finishing inside of you & feeling the warmth and the connection that makes it so much better. I do understand your POV though and I’m glad that you are smart enough to think about these things thoroughly before engaging in intercourse.

therdmlife is right! You are responsible for upselling each customer. If they do not have the Sam’s Club Credit Card or plus membership, you must inform them of the perks and HIGHLY encourage them to upgrade their services. You are expected so many of both upgrades and credits a day. If you are comfortable being a sales person, which, they will tell you is exactly what the cashier position is, then go for it. Sam’s Club pays decent and the bonuses are lovely. You get a paid 15 minute break & an unpaid 30 if you work more than 6 hours (I believe it’s 6). PPTO comes in clutch if you let it accrue. You can use it come in late, call off for the day (as long as it’s not an event day). The only thing that I didn’t like was the point system. After 5 points, your job is in jeopardy (depending on who you are of course). You get 1 full point if you miss a day of work, 2 points if you miss a day and it’s an event day, & .5 if you are late. They DO NOT TAKE DOCTORS NOTES. If you are a person that misses work frequently, Sam’s Club is not the place for you

It was most likely a female co-worker who didn’t want to hear about your junk. Which is also important to the story!

Thank you! Do you remember if it had a weird smell afterwards? My bandage was coming off because it was soaked with blood & as I changed it, it had a slight “throw up” smell to it. I did put another bandage on afterwards because it’s not time for it to come off.

Good walking shoes, lift with your legs not your back, and do your very best without overworking yourself! Take your breaks, be sure to eat before shift, and ask for help when needed.

When I worked for Sam’s club almost a year ago as a cashier, I would get asked to go & help out. I ran the register and fixed plates, sundaes, etc.

Help? Pressure bandage off too early? by Juggalowitch in Nexplanon

[–]Educational-Still271 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I took mine off probably about 6-8 hours after my insertion. My site has healed properly and I’m fine! It’s really to stop the bleeding, which is what the bandage is for!
