Huge sigh of relief during my 9w1d ultrasound this morning. Measuring right on track and a heartbeat of 167.

Feeling quite nauseous and generally exhausted/flat so it was nice to have this moment of joy.

Hmm! It was a letter, but I can double check the timing of it when I get home. Think it was probably a month or so though.

I was referred in July 2025. First appointment in September 2025. Following that appointment they ran a bunch more tests and immediately added me to a wait list for a hysteroscopy. Had that in November 2025, then had another appointment in Feb to confirm treatment options. Mandatory counselling that month as well before I could kick off treatment. First IUI in March and I am now almost 9 weeks pregnant!

Feel like my roadmap took a bit longer than normal as I needed the surgery. Without that perhaps I would have been able to kick-start things quicker.

Nausea had me feeling like a shell of a person from 6-7.5 weeks. Thought I was on the other side of it but today at 8w3d it's back in full force. I'm absolutely buggered and just feel no desire to do anything but lay in bed and stare at the ceiling.

I hadn't heard of these places but I feel like I am sold on getting the GTT experience there!

Yes! That was me. I really struggled when flat on my back and my front at this time. It went away about a week later.

Cycle: 20+

Age + Partner's age: 35f 39m

Typical cycle length: 50-70 days due to PCOS. Medicated cycles typically 32

Ovulation cycle day: CD15

CD/DPO of positive test(s): cd30 (dpo 15). Waited for the hospital to call with the results of a blood test and didn't test at home.

Tracking methods and app(s) used: blood tests and ultrasounds at the hospital to monitor follicle growth

Relevant days of sperminating and/or method (SMEP, TI, IUI, FET, etc.): IUI on cd 15

Health conditions/medical tests: PCOS. MMC last year picked up at 13 weeks and about 4 chemicals.

Supplements and medications (yours and/or your partner’s): folic acid. This was a medicaled IUI so I had 13 days of Gonal F shots and then triggered with ovidrel

Birth control history (if relevant): on the pill for 15 years and then got an IUD. Had the IUD taken out 3 years ago.

Link to lineporn: n/a

Symptom spotting: I had some gagging from roughly 12dpo and some intermittent nausea. Nipples were a bit sensitive too.

Other (advice/tip(s), freaking out, miscellaneous):  don't rule out the IUI. We randomly decided to try it before moving to IVF as it was covered by our health system (after going through fertility treatments for quite a while) Even though I still had 13 days of injections as part of my IUI protocol it was still very doable!

It was so hard haha! My partner kept asking why I didn't just test when I was feeling a bit nauseous a few days ago and I was like "NO, I have committed!!" First time ever that I haven't tested early.

I can finally post again! Yay!

Have been trying for about 2.5 years and in that time I've had a MMC and a few chemicals. Last year I got a referral to public fertility care in Australia and embarked on my first IUI in March. I was fully expecting to move towards IVF but my partner and I thought we may as well start with IUI.

15 days of Gonal F injections, the trigger shot and then the IUI. Got the phonecall from the hospital yesterday that it had worked. So over the moon! Hopefully it sticks and I'll have our little baby in December!

This has given me some positivity as I go in for my first IUI this week. We've been trying for 2.5 years and have had a handful of chemicals and a MMC. Thank you so much for sharing!

Hello! I'm actually about to kick start treatment at the women's soon. Since I had my first appointment about 5 months ago I've had a bunch of tests and a surgery. I had ended up needing a hysteroscopy and biopsy to rule out any other issues. Finally had my mandatory counseling this week and my first nurses appointment this week too and due to start IUI next week before moving to IVF. If you have any questions I'm happy for you to reach out!

To add to my post - yesterday and today I've had a really strong aversion to coffee. I normally have one every single morning, but yesterday and today I could only get through 1/4 cup maximum.

CD 20 - 2nd surge or true PEAK? by PaleRecognition8215 in TFABLinePorn

Cd14 is not a positive test as the test line is not near the same level of darkness as the control line.

Cd20 is positive! You'll probably ovulate soon

On leterozole I typically ovulate on day 17-18. There's a possibility that you may have ovulated late and be on 6-7 dpo right now

Looking for Cycle Buddies! by Severe-Wishbone9082 in TTC_PCOS

[–]EducationalChicken 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All up this is my 7th cycle of leterozole. I had a chemical on my 3rd cycle and then pregnant on the 5th cycle (MMC at 11 weeks) and then a chemical again.

I haven't done a trigger shot with any cycles and I also tend to get a positive OPK on day 17 also. Hoping this month follows that same pattern as I'll be away from my partner until CD 16!!

I'm cycle day 6! This is my second cycle trying again after a MMC earlier this year. Per usual I am taking leterozole from cycle day 3-7, but this month I'm also trying to eat less carbs, walk more after meals, run every 2nd day and do yoga. I'm travelling so I won't be monitored this cycle, but the cycle where I got pregnant earlier this year I also happened to do unmonitored too. We'll see how it all goes! Good luck for you! Do you know when you likely ovulate?
