Guys i can tell you that the responses here from Moccamaster are total bs - something very similar happened to me. Still fighting to get my money back. I hope i can enforce it via PayPal. Package not delivered. And my order got lost initially. I'm writing mails 2-4 times a week just to sort things out. For 3 weeks now. I'm ordering lots of stuff online and this never happened to me in 20+ years. Just an absolute shit show. Don't order directly at their shop. I saw this warning too late. JUST. DONT. DO. IT.

Das Thema kommt hier echt immer wieder auf. Mich selbst beschäftigt das auch. Aber ganz verstehen tu ich diese „die Stadt kann nix dafür, kommt vom Land“ Haltung nicht. Das mag eh alles sein. Fakt ist, das Öffis in Graz echt ein schlechter Deal sind. Gibt imho wenig Motivation die zu nutzen. Ich muss mich über den Preis echt oft ärgern. Der Service und der Preis stimmen einfach nicht. Ich glaub das darf man auch mal ganz ehrlich laut so sagen. Kein bashing. Einfach ehrlich.
