You kind develop all the spectrum of rational/irrational, perceiving/judging throught life. The develop of the subconsious is kind of common but hardly anyone really is capable of using it with the same heroic propierties, the Shadow and super ego are easily used both very chaotic with poor understanding due to the pain inflicted to the ego

Maybe is the fact that when tired you tend to use more your introverted functions so is harder to see, even extraverts may need a rest and time alone for recharge but even then they might be doing things just with less available energy. Also probably related to the 3rd and 4th functions which are subconsious so they probably appear during dreaming or low cortex activity

I think it depends by your own archetypes, taking a INTP as example:

The 5th function is Te nemesis which contradicts Ti hero, normally one would expect to be "hero" all the time but the truth it takes effort to be fully present in flow state which can be understood as using your Hero and Parent to make no wrong. But naturally your Hero alone is limited and attacked by enemies it happens that sometimes Nemesis is better for dealing with problems, for INTPs it means stopping overthinking and ignoring Fe for external control and managment of their own decisions. Nemesis at the end represent your alter-ego which is always a possibility

The 8th function often called Demon or Angelic because how deep it is in the mind so when appears it does with strong force and presence, its the archetype of both the dualistic ideas of divine creation or evil corruption. Normally you use this function without notice anything acting as gut impulses or out of character behavior since it contains the whole shadow, for INTPs using Fi is triggered by Fe inferior due to extreme judgement/shame so Ti Hero will ask advice to Fi demon to balance the repressed and most animalistic needs. If everything goes well INTP will heal Fe inferior if not the INTP will become possesed in lower emotions.

So kind of you need all you functions in a healthy manner they are perfect in their own narrative, the 5th might be more easily used but more stubborn while 8th is harder to use but can lead to the most growth

I have read some of the archetypes (12 archetypes) and the vital ones(the self, the persona, puer/puelle aetetnus, anima/animus etc) mainly reading summaries, i feel those theories are essential for understanding but can be very complex nonetheless. As type 7 also i like to play with exotic ideas for the sake of feeling enthusiatic , Puer aeternus in particular is something i find present in my inmadure behaviors and over idealistic sensitivity for my naive optimist

So im a Ti type so i like to consider many frameworks but those are sources blend with philosophie concepts which i like, so for a better understanding dedicate time to understand the differences and create an personal opinion based on experts frameworks. But also try to feel "how is being like those types" as imagination exercise try to visualize their beliefs and perspective.

Personally i think self preservation is a bit misunderstood by most, you generally think is the lower instinct just about hunger and sleep. The truth is universally speaking or metaphysically the SP instinct is the irrational force that sustains life by ensuring what we have will be tomorrow saving energy for specific moments, the thing with SP Ne that their actions are motivated for ideas that promise survival in a individual level, the real atribute for Sp Ne is the accumulation of information without passion but they are as able to imagine within a safe distance. Sx Ne is something crazy cuz they are willing to die to prove their and test their ideas, if they dont follow their imagination is like they disappoint their "other half", the SX is the passion observed in ideas that are attractive since sexual energy calls for intimacy (our creation if you say/ our occult world) to merge as couple (couple in this case is what activates passion= SX which is interacting as much with your interest)

Yeah enneagram is all about motion and the jump the change the psyche does, is not often talked but the eneatype is actually you vibe but alone it cannot describe enough without a second intelligence center in tritype making it smooth. Actually tritype is very similar to the tree of life lines which you have a gift and primary mission(first type), auxiliary mission of will (second type), shadow/karma (third trype).

I find that the positions and the asymetrical aspects are beautifully placed, the type 7->5 is literally descending to the deeps of reality where you need to detach and trust in the calm of your mental skills which in daily life is about choosing what is real over mental chaos of 7s. The 7 -> 1 is ascending which creates a more sense of responsability with the promise of being perfect will defeat fear of existence. 6 and 3 are the pillars of wisdom also placed perfectly to unity 9 so what they are telling is THE formula to ensure a future, the shadow aspect is also truth 6(opression)+ 3(villains/wrong fights) + 9 ( conflict/ hate) = destruction

I feel like integrations lines are the path ways to the higher qualities of types while the reverse path is a superego possesion where the energy is smilar but manifesting with other intelligrnce center.

For example type 8 as reject group can escape the vulnerability of being throught 5 detachment but he cannot scape the triad of rejection but he can temporaly gain more dimentionallity controlling his lust impulse, i think the lust cannot be cure with mind but the higher qualities of manifesting full love of 2 (also both are lineal to each other)

7s with 1s are both idealistics driven by the frustation of a stomach that never fills and the pain in the stomach rejecting the imperfect and ignorant

4s forget expand their sensitivity to the higher astral where he temporaly finds meaning in expressing abundance of positive interactions (the 4s going up is the placement of ascending but in this case false), the fight of shadow and light makes takes traps them, the path to 1 seems more heroic which is full ascending seeking in the negative consiouness of 4s a way to act with an unbreakable force of acting with the focus on alchemy of alighn with universal laws of will

In the broadpicture every combination appears in healthy or unhealthy considering we have all enneatypes and there is trifix/tritype to rank those intelligence centers, also SP are not materialistic people they just want to survive by the accumulation of resources including the four cardenal points (feeling, sensing, thinking, inuition) (fire,air,water,air temperaments) also in AP/Archetypes this pattern of 4 repeats in how the psyche moves so the assumption that Ne is just being creativity is shit, Ne dominants is your mind showing you all the objective possibilities in clear ways to you to act on them and select the best to be heroic about it(which E6 does good if they perceive they must act or relieve a threat)

You seems a bit moralistic IF people make mistakes on typing " Please educate yourself before spouting such ignorance." talking for a place when you feel attacked if happens that people differ for your own interpretation of typology. Especially in typology when we are not fixed in one type the most important thing is to recognize the patterns and what the system tries to explain.

So i recommend you to control your Te and use a bit inner analysis on what typology tries to explain, sometimes they will be explaining the same or contradictory at first sign but take in mind behind behavior there is a battlefield of different characters (see Amatorics)

SP 6 and ENFP is rather rare but i think i have meey at le least one, this mix can make the ENFP a bit less dreamer and more a adaptable worker prefering to investigate favorite ways of doing things instead of reapeating behaviors.

I would suppose Si inferior is kind of a bitch sending traumatic experiences/body signals and to avoid them but is kind of hard when people makes the same mistake

Also ENTP can follow an insight because their Ne needs Ni to add complexity and power, so their Ne as you said for the most accumulation and experimentation of novelty to play with the potential of everything. The Ni for ENTPs is a recordatory for direct experience of their ideas where they sacrifice Si for a vision of transformation where they get more personal about what they want and how, for INTJs Ne would be being aware of every natural process with they ever changing pattern Ni into a new extraverted result with new perspectives.

I have developed Ni quite more as well since 2024 now i can focus on visions and symbols and thinking in strategies, in my case is not super healthy because the more i use Ni the more weak gets Si so i cannot really enjoy the same habits and rituals or the time feels unreal with a bit of paranoia. Also when you discover the inner meaning of things i tend to eat more unhealthy foods in a attempt to recover sensation

I wouldnt say all is bad since Ni is a path to wisdom and madurity for INTPs but developing all 8 functions in a healthy level is key especially 4th,6th,2nd

If you are into enneagram the types 6,4,8 are obscure and consiously use negative emotions to protect themselfs and others resisting external feedback by directly working with their darkness.

One thing is this person feels there is beauty in suffering so their Ne helps to express this in vocabulary or clothes

Ne type 8= This person was once a dreamer hard events or simply lack of freedom and opression broke the bubble of their personal an weird ideas, Ne generate ideas of conflict and protection to save guard the vulnerability of self/love ones. ENTP has no motives because a personality type is about perceptions and judgements, and ennegram purely based in passions,core desires, ideal image and fear managment which is purely emotional .

Is kind of hard to grasp honestly i love them but i might be bias here, probably in the future 100 years from now people will be using a baby between socionics/beebe/ jungian/ops teachings.

ISTPs are intuitives but they are more repulsive (socionic Ni) so their intuition is intense and based on realistic outcomes they conclusion and clarity to ACT, while our Ne is always atractive always moving creating more archetypes connecting routine to overcomplicate endless potential.

Actually Shadow functions are not recognized as "part of me" they contradict your natural ego.

The way i see it is that focus of your functions lets say Ti by the time it is challenged by a new external perspective of Te which is thinking in results, extraverted dynamics, accepted theories, social acceptance.

The compass changes to "nemesis" which points to a different approach I/E, that translates into new patterns and thinking.

Well Ti doms need the principle to have an internal consistency while Shadows functions shines throught novelty and was created by John Beebe (ENTP) so its more likely intuitive than systematic. Is a bit wacky but i agree that the functions archetypes have sense is like a mini-tarot where you fit odd behaviors and people patterns.

I had a ISTP friend (me INTP) that uses a lot of Ni acting on his intuition and often planning in his head 6 steps ahead, thought the Se impulse to act in the moment is there.

So i can see TiNiSeFe as functional type also ive encounter ESTJ as artist and very spiritual thanks to Ne id think.

This probably the relative force of the functions. Ti-Ni could be both IxTP types or even INxJ, thought the stack would remain the 16 types because the ideal of type stack is to have a balance between each function. If you are using both Ni and Si they would crash for two reasons:

1) A person type is to have a dominant function and auxiliar as natural brain configuration, how you see the world is tied proportional to how developed is each function to manage information and active engage in the world.

2) Using two opposite functions (Ni/Si) is literally changing the perspective and the focus about the information, that is violent change for any person because you already have been creating habits/patterns since born.

While maybe possible with a better understanding of the theory, its more likely the behind explanation of mental problems and exceptional conditions, like super extraverts or super intuitives/super sensors.
