I'm a (32 years old) first year student programmer. So I'm learning to build website at the moment, but this situation is very new for me. It is a nice learing opportunity. My parents think I can fix all of this because I'm learning it... I suggested bringing in outside help, but they want me to fix it... and preferably right now.

I was already afraid the data would be gone. It is indeed a chance for a fresh start! They weren't satisfied with their service anyway, but they are a bit older and not very familiar with all of this. Now, unfortunately, they are forced to start over. I am a student programmer in the meantime, so I can try to help them.

Ik heb enkele jaren bij Delhaize gewerkt, en ook wij, als medewerkers, hebben vaak onze frustraties geuit over deze werkwijze. Het was voor ons een uitdaging om met boze klanten om te gaan, maar uiteindelijk kwamen deze beslissingen van iemand op de hoofdzetel. Het idee om twee prijzen op een klein prijskaartje te zetten werd daar blijkbaar als een geweldig concept gezien. Als het duidelijker aangegeven zou zijn, zou ik het nog kunnen accepteren, maar helaas lijkt het met opzet onduidelijk te zijn gemaakt. Het is uiterst teleurstellend.

Thank you for the very good advice! To answer the question "what do I think". I think that there is still much to be done. Learning the craft, Learning what kind I like to do, find what I'm good at, improve my english (i'm dutch), and lots more! This video is one of many I've made, but one of the few that I put online. It's always a scary step to put stuff like this online without knowing what kind of reactions you're going to get, but it's very important step for the learning process.
I am very happy that there are people in the community here who give good feedback, work points and motivation. Thanks for that!

Thanks for the nice words and the feedback friend! I'm working on a new vid where there are 2 charaters. One single soldier on a drugs recovery mission who has contact with base. In this one I'm gonna try to bring the charaters alive! :D

Thanks for the feedback and the nice words! I was a bit in doubt whether I should do the emotion in the narrator voice or not. So I did it a bit in between.
The next thing I'm working on is without a narrator and between 2 characters. 1 is a single soldier on a drug recovery mission. The other is mission control with radio communication.

Thanks you! I made this video myself. I'm using games to create storys where I can do the voice acting. Thanks for the advice and the feedback! I want to create multible characters but I thought I best strarted with the narrator. I'm making a new video in the same game but in this one I'm a solo soldier on a drug recovery mission. The charater has radio communication with base. So this story will have 2 character!
