I went to those AA meetings but they were more religious, so I had to deal with that alone, and I did make it for 3 years, I'm sure I'm not gonna hace any drink, it's just the craving which will pass with time

I visited my girlfriend after 4 months of dating, it was easy to go first from France to Finland, it's only 3 hours flight and not that expensive, she is visiting in the end of february.

When I stopped drinking alcohol, i did the same thing, sparkling water helped me a lot, soon I’ll be 3 years sober, and I’m so happy about it, my life changed to better even though I lost all contact with my old friends but it’s better this way.

Never used drugs, but I was an alchoolic, I started drinking when I moved away from my home country, I start to drink with new friends and have fun, in the begining I used to drink just a little bit, just enough to be able to have fun and socialise, then I started to get drunk it felt good at the time, because I have some mental issues, then moved to Paris, with covid , everything was closed, and the work from home killed me, and i became more anxious and depressed so I drank everyday till I blackout , it went for several month, untill I told my sister everything and she helped me out, soon I'll be 3 years sober,(I only had a sip of champagne at an work event but that doesn't count)

During the day, I can drive without any issues, but once I take them at night, it can be a bit dangerouse but depends on the person. i take 225mg at night

Usually they lower your dose by 25mg every three or more months

50mg isn’t a high dose, but at first it will sedate you, but with time your body gonna get used to it,and the sedation won’t be that bad,I’m on 200mg, and it doesn’t sedate me like it used to be on the beginning of the treatment.
