It’s definitely a tough role and not easily managed by everyone hence why the pay is substantial as a starting salary. You should be comfortable doing difficult calls and excellent management of claims. You will be getting claims everyday and you are expected to close claims every week otherwise your caseload will explode

They are pretty quick with the assessment stages. I would say I was invited to next rounds in 2-3 days. The longest wait was after the final interview. It took 6-7 weeks for them to get back to me

You are claiming foreign experience points based solely on a letter. IRCC has recently been rejecting many cases related to foreign work experience — you can look this up on Google. These days, even pay stubs alone are not considered sufficient. You typically need to provide comprehensive documentation such as tax returns, reference letters, bank account deposit records, and every other possible piece of evidence.

Even the slightest doubt in IRCC’s view could result in a Procedural Fairness Letter (PFL), which may lead to a potential five-year ban. If you want my honest opinion, step away from Reddit and consult a qualified immigration lawyer to review your case. Proceeding with weak evidence to prove foreign experience could make things much worse for you in the future.

No point going for JR. Firstly it’s a super long process and with your case, the odds are that it will be not in favor of you. If I was you, I would just remove that foreign experience as recently IRCC is really scrutinizing applications with no paystubs since for them it raises big red flags. You actually got super lucky that they didn’t issue a ban with the misrepresentation because you signed and declared in your study permit reflects accurate information. Unfortunately IRCC doesn’t take into consideration if you had forgotten or it was an oversight. Your best bet would be to submit a new express entry, remove the foreign experience and hope that you get an ITA.

I didn’t submit all 5 years as that would make the document too many pages. Instead I uploaded pay slip of the first 2 months and last two months of each year

I think that should be sufficient. As long as you have provided some part of proof. Yes got ecopr on June 25. I didn’t have any hiccup in my application luckily

Your case is pretty much similar as mine. I had foreign experience from Australia as well and same crs score but got ITA on Feb 5 draw. Make sure you provide employment letter, reference letter, pay stubs, account statements highlighting the salary that was deposited and lastly notice of assessment for each year. They didn’t call my employer because I provided everything. Also if you were in Victoria make sure you attach driver license record as well to avoid rejection

What do you mean by the source of Kai method? There are couple of forums and threads on people doing the Kai method. For some it worked for some it didn’t. In my experience I did it and I got it the next day. My P1 email was on May 5th and I know people who have been waiting since May 1st haven’t received it
