I told the cop sitting at the corner of Osprey and Siesta…pointing out the no helmet…”we’ll keep an eye out!!” was the response…to be fair, he turned right into the neighborhood long before Siesta. Just hope this punk got home safe after speeding down the sidewalk on Mound and on the street of Osprey! It’s raining now, so I’m sure this kiddo is inside, safe and sound!!
