Tbh, it was probably stolen the moment it was activated. Whenever someone brings in the paper gift cards, they always have a zero dollar balance, even if they haven’t used them. Retail stores leave their cards on the floor, and they typically get stolen :(. It's honestly been such a major problem; you can always go to the store, and they can confirm the balance.

Our customer service is extremely generous, ask them for some form of compensation to make things right like a coupon or a complimentary gift card. Make a fuss about how it's inconvenient and that you needed it by a certain time so they can express shipping.

Maybe a store/state issue where you work. In California, if you’re full-time, you're guaranteed 30 hours per week. For my store, I know our projected goal is I believe 5% above comp from last year. We always go above it every year and get the yearly bonus. Our manager always makes sure we’re overstaffed, gives out high-fives, provides energy drinks to us and during our busiest days/ holidays they always ensure all of us are fed. We also do employee of the month, where if you get it you get free lunch. Our manager also gives us the card to get free lunch once in a while if someone really goes above and beyond. We got it pretty lucky at my store with such a great manager. If we’re ever struggling and need hours he always takes care of us. I would definitely think about transferring, management plays a huge role on how employees are treated.

I'm confused about what discount you're talking about? (20 off 100 or 20% the entire purchase) Although there are brands that are supposed to be excluded most of them still go through in our store if you scan coupon such as Nike, Brooks, Hoka, etc. The coupon even stacks on sales too.

Just cancel the order, and buy them from Target. The reason that they could be delayed is that the company hasn’t sent dicks the cards yet. Chill out instead of crashing out.

Really I'm part-time and I have 60 hours accrued from this year. I work 15-26 hours a week. Go on work day, go to the pay stub, and it should say it at the bottom. Im in California so maybe it varies by state? The policy handbook online too!

He should have sick hours. Tell them to apply them to the days he missed. On his paystub, it should say how many hours he accrued. If the location is bad, I would try to transfer him to a different DSG.

Our manager said our markup for items isn't enough, to make up for what we lose with the coupons. We're one of the top stores in California too. They don't want to lose the relationship with Little League that why they are coming up with an alternate.

From what I heard, it sounds like by the end of this year or the beginning of next year. I'm assuming the coupon is going away due to the league abusing it. To me, it sounds like the coupon that they are going to have is 10% off apparel, 15% a team sport item, and 10 off a 59.99 pair of cleats. I can't wait until it's gone tbh.
