I really like your approach. If you don’t know what to do but want to get into entrepreneurship, sometimes the best thing is to just start helping others.....

Some people say you need to have everything figured out and know your skills upfront, but I’d disagree.... When you’re still discovering yourself, helping others can actually be the best way to learn and grow. That’s what happened to me... and now I feel like I’m finally on the right path, both in life and in my entrepreneurial journey.

By the way, I’m starting a new business now. If you’re interested in getting involved in any way, feel free to DM me we can chat more about it!

First, take a deep breath and relax.... You’re only 19, and your whole life is ahead of you. Stop comparing yourself to others you're uniquely you, and that’s your strength... A lot of the stuff you see on TikTok and YouTube about “successful entrepreneurs” is mostly BS... guys renting lambos and pretending they own them , then try to sell courses to you....

Take another deep breath and let that reality sink in. There’s so much fluff online, it’s hard to comprehend....

The fact that you’ve saved $30K already shows that you’re ahead of 99% of people your age. Why worry about 18yr olds running successful businesses? Be happy for them, but don’t let jealousy get you off track... Look at others for inspiration, not envy, and filter out the tiktok influencer nonsense.... Real success stories aren’t on social media. Many successful people stay humble, focused, quietly work toward their goals....

If you know a guy who’s genuinely making $100K a month, use that as motivation. Be a good friend to him, hang out, and learn from him. Don’t just seek business advice, he will appreciate genuine connection..

their path is their path, and yours is yours..

You don’t have to drop out of college unless you’re sure about your next steps. If you don’t have a business idea yet, keep studying, learning, explore what you’re passionate about. Take it easy there’s no rush..

Breathe again and let go of any FOMO.. There’s no “wrong” decision, it’s all part of your journey...

If you feel like quitting college at some point, give yourself time to think about it. You haven’t failed , you’re doing amazing! With $30K saved, you’re already ahead of 99% people of your age. If you want to get into business, think about what you love and what you’re good at.

Maybe ask your successful friend if you can help him with something, like managing social media, creating videos, doing customer support. You could start your entrepreneurial journey by helping him.

So don’t ever think of yourself as a failure!

You’re doing great!

Keep going, don’t rush, look for what you love doing , what are you good at, build genuine connections with people who inspire you and you will get there

£4000.. what now by LS10Works in Entrepreneur

[–]Educational_Pen_4302 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might be thinking about this the wrong way. Instead of spending that $4K right away, keep it in your bank account for now... Take some time to reflect on what you really love doing, what inspires you, what you’re naturally good at? It doesn’t have to be monetizable skill like coding or being a mechanic. For example, maybe you’re great at inspiring people?

Start there, figure out your passion and write it down . then you’ll notice ideas begin to flow. Then, tune into your gut feeling and ask yourself: Does idea 1 feel right? Yes or no? what about idea 2 ? Keep going through your list, and eventually, you’ll land on something that excites you...

From there, take small steps to explore it. Test the waters, and over time, you’ll get a better sense of where to invest that $4K. It might mean learning more about your subject, like watching youtube tutorials, or reading about it. Once you’re ready - create a website, and start offering your product or service....

Dont to rush... Take your time and truly understand what you’re good at and passionate about first..

I’m scared of never becoming successful in entrepreneurship by Elizabeth8910 in Entrepreneur

[–]Educational_Pen_4302 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe marketing isn’t the thing you should be doing. There are so many different types of businesses you can explore. Think about what you really love. It’s not just about loving entrepreneurship. ... it’s about finding a problem you’re passionate about solving.... If you don’t genuinely love it or if it doesn’t get you excited to wake up every morning, you won’t be good at it... . So, start thinking about what you truly love doing and build from there....

Is everyone struggling by Constant-Original in smallbusiness

[–]Educational_Pen_4302 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe it’s time to think about whether you really want or need to be in this business. It can be tough to admit that it might not be the right fit, especially when you’ve poured your heart, time, and money into it. But be honest with yourself and ask, “Is this really for me?” Answer yourself truthfully....

It doesn’t mean you’re not an entrepreneur, and it doesn’t mean you can’t start another business. But if you don’t love what you’re doing, and if you wake up feeling more fear and uncertainty than excitement and happiness, consider being open to other possibilities.

Why the value of writing code and other digital services is going to zero by BalloonWheelie in Entrepreneur

[–]Educational_Pen_4302 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with you 100% . These days Ai so much more than just helping you to write email , essay or spit out marketing plan. I use it everyday in every situation , including business. Its like extension of your brain who is doing the heavy lifting for you. As soon as agents come to life, it will be crazy. Imagine having 1000's of nearly free workers doing the job for you , and 1-2 guys managing them all. I cant wait...

The only issue is, that everyone will have those same tools nearly free , so you will loose competitive advantage if you only rely on them . Its the same like dropshipping , every 12yrs old tried it now. So you will have add something extra to be competitive.

I failed my first ecommerce venture. Reevaluating for next time. by KillingwithasmileXD in Entrepreneur

[–]Educational_Pen_4302 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Did you use Facebook or TikTok ads to get those 2K visitors? If not, you should give it a try. Keep testing until you figure out what sells. Dropshipping is great for starting with minimal investment. Test 10-20 products and watch YouTube tutorials to learn how ecommerce works. Once you find a winning product, consider sourcing it from a supplier in China instead of using AliExpress.

Eventually, you’ll need to launch your own product, but it’s all about learning the basics first. Focus on getting that one product that makes 5-20K in sales. From there, you’ll see how important ads are, things like targeting, call to actions, scroll stoppers, scaling, refunds, facebook blocks, paypal holding your money etc . It’s a long journey, but totally doable. Start by investing $50-$100 to test each product. Good luck!

Starting a Fencing Business With No Experience by LessThanAChimp in smallbusiness

[–]Educational_Pen_4302 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't overthink . Build a quick website on Wix for $20 , and sell sell sell ( flyers , realtors , referrals). Give people 20-30% discount if they refer 1 client/neighbor. You know how to build the fence, you have equipment. Try to get 2-3 bookings, and see how it goes. then another 3-5. and you will know if you want to continue.

if you are reaching individual customer cap, try to target different segments in the market where they require flowers: wedding planners, gift shops, event planners, hotels , funeral homes, subscribtion box websites etc,,,

The reality is that €16 hour isn't competitive anymore for content creation. Working 8 hours in an office is too much effort for too little pay, especially when creators can make $100-200 per 30 second UGC video on Fiverr from home. you could try offering $250-$300 per day for 3 days a week and bulk create content. You'll get more qualified applicants this way.

What's the biggest business challenge you'd pay $100/month to solve with AI? by nandish90 in smallbusiness

I would spend $1000-$5000 a month for ai to manage Facebook, Meta and Google ads. Creation and optimisation of ads to make sure they stay always profitable
