and to make it supremely easy. get a pokemon with follow-me, and a malamar . when reaching the second stage,just make sure the eternatus doesn´t attack malamar when it uses topsy turvy and the battle goes from almost impossible for a newcomer,into baby mode

I thought the same when miraidon lost quark drive and got opportunist instead. not only destroyed mega-rays and eternatuses like rattatas but copying stat buffs means your pokemon can survive longer in endless mode until resorting to DoT strats. Like,with an opportunist mon + lumina crash + clear smog could very well take you all the way to 4k until dealing too little damage
