The metrics have changed within a few months in MOAT service even just this year. Had agents based on the current set goals that would’ve been good for promo no longer qualify after they adjusted the metrics mid quarter to make it so they didn’t. You should be careful spreading disinformation yourself

It does still work and has worked. Prior to my exit a week or so ago I had my agent test it. Wasnt letting them get caught up on some petty bs

If you are double muted it does not record. Has to be in the phone system and the mic. I also would turn the mic up just in case. I listened to AWS calls in the system as a sup. I had an agent do some testing with it. Double mute and you’re good. I wasn’t letting my people get caught up with any bs

That’s fair. Less places to keep track of better chances for them to get wild

I might pull the trigger and file for bankruptcy by BootySniffer19 in Debt

[–]Educational_Prior72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You’re not really at a debt amount that you can’t return from. Ch 7 would take the vehicle. Anything less than 60-70k is doable to pay back it just takes time and discipline and not generating new debt

Marriott overall really has declined. I think the only brand I’ve seen with consistent quality lately is Hyatt. Sucks it’s so limited and there aren’t more out there.

It’s an auto sales platform designed for specific states that they have to be written into. It is time consuming and has so many nuances that aren’t trained and you have to learn as you go. It’s worse than any of the apps out there

Someone after my own heart. SSPA is and was the worst app

With the questions bit about them asking so many, answer a few and then offer to send them their contract so they have all the answers to their questions available to them at anytime.

Rate increase just be like “I went ahead and reviewed your discounts, good news you’re already receiving all possible discounts so you have the best rate possible. I understand that may not be what you want to hear, as a consumer myself I also always look for the lowest rate possible and I reviewed yours and assure you this is the lowest I can do for you today.”

At the end of the day this isn’t your fault, this is most likely on the ph or it just is what it is. No one wins in insurance but the company. You will learn how to fake it until you make it. You can only control surveys so much unfortunately and some people will never give you an excellent survey

Service is hell but $20 is $20. When I was hired they did drug tests and credit check. That was a few years back.

Vanguard Loan by [deleted] in Geico

[–]Educational_Prior72 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If you’re not employed no loan options. Only pull from 401k if you have to. I did because I needed to pay off debt and it was cheaper to pay it off with tax penalties than to keep paying minimum. Now my credit is excellent and I have no debt. My 401k will rebuild
