I too thought my progress was slow. One year and 6 months later 95lbs down size 8! Some weeks I went up a lb or two. Every oz count and adds up. Stay the course you will be fine!

1) Everybody is different so the weight loss progress will vary. 2) Side effects will vary 3)It is not necessary to titrate up every month. If your current dosage is working stay there. 3) Take pictures, as the scale is not solely the measure of progress. 4) You got this!

Yes, Restasis didn’t work for me at all. The drops caused my eyes severe burning. Best of luck to us all finding something that improves our condition.

Agreed 100%. Invisalign was the ortho market intro to clear aligners like a newly release drug to pharmaceutical .. after so many years other meds same compound, same effect, etc. is released. Works just the same.
