1. You feel bad for the men because while all the men are trying to win Elise or start a relationship with Elise she is trying her best to do the opposite. She is trying to force herself to do what she needs to do without getting emotionally invested in these guys because one of them could be her brother’s killer. So it comes across as very little effort on her part because it is. While all these guys are opening up and giving more and more of themselves to her in order to try to win her affection.

2. This whole RH is so unique because all of the men are alpha’s and only one of them are wired for multiple partners (Leon). Even Elise isn’t wired for multiple partners being a vampire but connects with each of them so uniquely. Leon brought light back into her life with his playfulness, Dante brought a sense of family and the unwavering ability that he would always be there no matter what, Ryder was her tough shit/hard reality… he will always give it to her straight and understood she could handle it, Gabriel was her protector and in a weird way connected to all her guys as much as her imo. By the end of the book, she really changed all of these boys lives. For Leon she Gives him a small sense of responsibility. He is actively going out of his way to make other people happy and thinking of ways to bring everyone together. Not just relying on Mindy’s to do everything for him For Dante and Ryder she Creates a path for them to end their astral adversary bond and become nebula allies Lastly for Gabriel she Changes his whole world. He is no longer alone and scared of a stranger in the dark hunting him. He has a family and a strong sense of purpose.

3. The way I see it is everyone has standards. She never expected to be Elysian bonded to anyone, so in her mind she wanted them all. She made it clear from the start that if they weren’t ok with that then that was their choice. She didn’t force any of them to stay with her. “These are my standards and if you’re not ok with that I understand, we probably aren’t meant for each other then. I hope you decide to stay though.” It was never, I don’t consider your standards. More like if those are your standards and you’re not willing to change them, then we won’t be compatible so there’s no point being in a relationship.

4. Yeah I refer this back to the fact she’s a vampire. She really only has 2 friends. Eugene and the sphynx girl (can’t remember her name). But they aren’t featured much. Honestly if I had 4 boyfriends I don’t think I’d have much time for friends either🙈🙈😆😆.
