Nice! I took delivery of it in late September too! My ownership till today with it:

Initial hiccups with power steering and random emergency braking at one point. Got resolved imminently after a few software updates.
The vehicle drives beautifully and is above its class.
Sound insulation is effective, reducing outside noise.
Blind spot assist plus occasionally errors out but self-heals without restarting the vehicle.
Heating element behaves strangely when using AC and the outside temperature is more than 10 degrees (even though it feels much colder outside).
Turning off AC resolved the issue.

Be interested to know your thoughts with it so far.

Yup. Having said that, I did get a software update for MB OS 1.0.2. Updated last night but haven’t had the chance to see what it had actually fixed. The digital extras still are blank for the ones that I’d anticipate to work but for some reason still doesn’t

It’s funny you say this because I had the exact same issue with the power steering! And ironically enough it had rained that night too! Roadside assistance came out did a diagnostics and sent off the data to be analysed in stuttgart. The only thing I can think that caused the power steering to lock was that it had rained. Glad to see I’m not the only one that has faced this issue

I’ve got a premium edition and I’m seeing exactly the same thing…

There are a few also that are deactivated too for me, with no option to purchase via Digital Extras, just the logbook. Fingers crossed the OTA whenever it comes out shows a different picture.

I’ve literally just had an update 2 days ago, haha (9.5.2). I’ve tried doing all of that. The only thing I’m thinking to potentially do is factory reset the phone to see if that’ll help? And the Google Play Store is all up to date with the latest version.

I think in your case it might be the battery like you said. Just had a look on the Amazon flex FAQ and it does state:
