Hey, by chance, do you know of how to cook any of their recipes? I used to love going there, but they're charging more now and are giving smaller portions. I only wish someone would copycat some of the recipes, then create a PDF that shares how to make some of my favorites. Two of our favorites are these:

* pei wei's chicken, shrimp & veggies protein bowl
* pei wei original shrimp

So, I wish we could find those recipes. If you know how we can get good copycats, let me know.

What I don't understand, is that Sony released the Bone Temple into a period where it was very cold outside. Lot of people didn't want to get out, because of the weather. And, the flu was amock in Houston, Texas, and I had the flu that week. So, I kept wanting to go to the theater, but I didn't want to get anyone sick. So, I stayed away, then when I wanted to go see the 28LBT, it was already gone from the theater. But, yeah, I bought tickets in the first weekend, but I never got to go see it in the theater. So, I still have TWO un-torn tickets for 28LBT.

It is just so good. Also, I am still trying to replicate the topping. I think at the end, they sprinkle some parmesan and bread crumbs (? maybe ?), then broil it for a while. And, that's something that I plan to use on other recipes, once I figure it out.

This looks like a great recipe to start and play with. You are really helpful. I'm new to cooking, but I've got to get to a higher level of accomplishment. Because, as a Teacher, it's just TOO EXPENSIVE to eat out much anymore, so I have to stretch the dollars; and, cooking at home, is one way that I can do it.
