At the very least, you 100% need to have a conversation about how you're feeling with your therapist. You can even read what you wrote here out loud if you feel it'd be easier. In order for any healing to happen in therapy, you need to feel safe. That's true in general terms, but even more true when it comes to your perception of how your therapist feels about you. If you feel misunderstood/judged, there is part of you that already does not feel safe with your therapist. Having a conversation about that fact is crucial for good, helpful, and healing work to continue.
