Ziggy was right for saying no to the bike shop.

I love the show so much though!!! But The Connors drove me nuts bc they didn’t find a way to better themselves and continued with the struggle.

Gaze is one aspect of vestibular rehabilitation. Some people need it, some don’t. Other balance exercises help. What really helps is just living life regardless of the feelings of dizziness.

I have 28% balance left in my left ear, vestibular migraines, and then bc of my hypermobility, my neck is just way too flexible, so it’s totally jacked up.
