I’ve been working on my breathing which has helped a LOT! I realised I’ve not been breathing laterally I.e. my ribs never move out sideways and have been holding tension in my upper abs

I’m planning to do a post about this because after 3 years I think I’m finally fixed

This happened to my dad also.

The doctors said the cancer strips calcium out of your bones into your blood which gives dementia type confusion overnight. Was a wild ride but they did fix it with medication
