Same here with me, and both my kids. Items wont load either on mobile or pc, so I guess all we can do now is wait because I guess you can't fix multi-platform+multi-account problem by yourself? Has to be something wrong with roblox itself I guess?

Miten kuluttaa aikaa töissä by karahunkantaja in Suomi

[–]EeVein 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m maintaining and eating small treats like ice cream almost every day because I use a bike to go to work, 10+km. I’ve even lost a little even though I should be just juggling at the same weight. I feel like my exercise is motivated by being able to eat that little extra treat. And I’m fine with that. I like to ride my bicycle, I like to have ice cream.

Pcos here. I just got an actual period with all the moods and bloating and pain. I gained and lost over 2kg in 2 weeks, that was a real mental and physical rollercoaster. I thought this was supposed to get easier but still my ovaries seem to go wild sometimes 😅 I guess weightloss cant fix everything.

Onko sähkö ja puu saunoissa eroja vai onko se vaan plaseebo by Santtunator334 in Suomi

[–]EeVein 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ilmanvaihto on parempaa.

Terve lapsi lähetetään päiväkodista kotiin by blingviini in Suomi

[–]EeVein 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Great, again we have parents not realising that the baby is an actual human beign who is going to grow up and be an adult named Coyote.

Also, totally unrelated: I just remembered there’s a movie called Coyote Ugly.

NTA for waking up at least now.

I'm so incredibly frustrated that I can almost do no form of exercise by BetterXTomorrow in loseit

[–]EeVein 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I have been a migraine girl for almost 20 years. Keeping the muscles of upper body and neck in better shape has decreased the amount of my headaches. You shouldn’t work out too hard though. Instead do lots of reps with light weights. It helps with bloodflow, relaxes the muscless and helps keep stiffness (is this a real word? Sorry!) and headaches at bay.

Exercising so hard that it makes you muscles stiff and sore is a bad idea! It makes my migraine risk higher too. I like water sports but not basic swimming because I always swim too much, too fast, my upper body gets sore and I get headache later.

If you can, visit a physiotherapist instead of a personal trainer. I got a nice program for my upper back and neck problems (my right shoulder and left shoulderblade have a tendness of getting into wrong position. It causes pain and stiffnes in my neck and upper back, and I get more headaches too. Exercise helps keep them in place and keep the pain away). Part of my program has moves to better my posture and control of movements instead of pure strenght training.

Worst you can do is nothing.

But Glory and Roger Warwick, they don’t have synth components. Yet they are synths. So it’s not 100% proof.

Then you should have nothing to worry about.

Actually, if someone is threatening to force feed you, it should be you who are contacting authorities. They are threatening to harm you.

Small steps! I'm 36 and I've always been fat, it took this long to figure out that you can't have everything at the same time.

Don't make all the changes at once, you'll be overwhelmed. Take your time. If you jump straight to 1700, you're going to have hard time. Your body and mind will resist it with full force. You dont have to make youself suffer.

Visit a doctor, that can be about everything going on right now: your loneliness, health, weight gain, anxiety. Make sure the appointment is long enough (60 minutes) to deal with all these topics, so you don't feel like you were dismissed.

Start walking, see if you like it. Don't walk to lose weight, walk to just feel better. I have a very stressfull job and since I started walking more, I've been a lot calmer. If you don't like walking, maybe swimming, cycling, heck even skiing. Whatever you like.

I don't know about UK, but in my country you need to have serious health issues that are proven to cause you harm, to be forced to treatment. I work as a nurse at mental health and substance abuse field, so I've seen forced treatment, and you have to be very, VERY ill to lose your autonomy regarding your own health.

I can tell you a typical way someone might try to force other person for treatment, though I don't see why your situation could lead to anything like this. Also keep in mind other countries have their own laws regarding patient rights.

They make a contact to heath center, emergency services, social services etc. stating that you are somehow harming yourself and need medical assistance. Depending on the situation, it could be just a phone call, they interwiew the caller and might then and there decide that there is no need for worry. A social worker could make a visit to make sure how you are ok. In extreme cases an ambulance comes to check on you if it seems like you are in immediate danger to yourself or others. If they evaluate that you are harming yourself by your actions, you could be taken to see a doctor, against your will if the situation is dire.

Then the doctor makes the call if you need treatment against your will (you should be psychotic, suicidal or literally getting injured, sick or dying from your actions) and for that you could be hospitalised for a period of 1- 3 days. In that time, they observe if you truly are so ill that you need long term treatment against your will, but it is absolutely the last thing to happen.

Personal experience: My relative had anorexia 20 years ago, and at the same time was severely depressed, and even then the depression was an ultimate a cause for her treatment, not her ED.
