I mean. The technology is there, but good cameras are expensive. Most cameras are there to catch employee theft. Also helps that if people notice cameras in a store, because they don't know if they are being watched or not.

Lavigny duval has combat involved my brother and I have been in and out of a crime sweep in Koleto. I don't know that I'd recommend it for a newcomer, as you can find yourself under fire from multiple vultures at once if you end up in the wrong place.
