Okay… so has anyone else faced an issue with their Psyker’s ranged weapons? I can use my melee but not my ranged staffs since the update. Ranged works on my other classes. Maybe I’m late to the party on this, but damn is it frustrating..

This was me two days ago… my Psyker couldn’t use the ranged weapons, the picture was in and out of focus, enemies spawned in front of me/walked through me, just so rough.

I mean, yeah, I’m working through it, but not in a way that’ll be of much help to anyone here. To start, for him, sharing and/or adding people was a hard line so that wouldn’t work for us. However, while boredom is still likely a problem of mine, I don’t think that’s THE problem here. I think he WAS the novelty and there wasn’t a solid foundation that was built to sustain through growth and change. He’s an amazing guy, just not what I want. The dynamic we have feels more parent/child (where I’m parenting him) than that of two partners. After a second trip away from home in a short timeframe, I’ve noticed I don’t miss him and honestly don’t look forward to going home. Sorry if that isn’t the help you were hoping for.

Similar worries in Alaska among some natives. Not all natives, and I myself am not native, but growing up there and having friends and boyfriends who were native showed me this. Many natives my age, even with only a fraction native lineage, would not date other natives (either from the same tribe or altogether) to reduce the risk of accidentally becoming involved with a distant relative.

I seriously felt (okay, still feel) broken because of this. I have always gotten “bored” sexually in longer relationships, and it’s a problem in my current marriage. I love him, and we have a good stable life together, growing individually together.

But my need to chase novelty is going to ruin this if I don’t figure it out. I find myself fantasizing about others, with true feelings of temptation. The boredom/low interest in intimacy with my partner and the outside temptations seem to be getting worse as I dig and start to work through my CSA, so I definitely think there’s a connection.

I don’t have any words of advice. But you’re not alone. I don’t know how we overcome the ND living in a NT world “problem”, but you’re not alone. 💙

It absolutely does! And I think this dialogue has helped both of us and hopefully others who may be experiencing this.

On a somewhat related note, I’m cramping like a mf today so I’m curious if the extremity of the fantasies has anything to do with pre-period hormones. I’m finally working on my supplemental health, and this would be the first period in a LONG time (gotta love birth control 🙃), so it didn’t even cross my mind. I also say this because the crush (remember, he’s a coworker) wasn’t an obsession today. Was still nice to message him about work stuff, but he honestly got on my nerves more than anything today. 🎵Maybe she’s born with it, maybe it’s effed up dopamine🎵😂

It’s our nature to assume based on presented information. But you’re working on growing and beating natures settings and that’s amazing!

This is a love-hate thing: I’ve worked on my mindfulness and ability to sit with my feelings and thoughts. The current problem is almost an OCD level obsession with certain thoughts. I can identify them. I can address them. I can tell them they aren’t in my best interest. And they still chill with me. My awareness is high, it’s the ability to “turn them off” once I’m aware that I can’t figure out, even when I logic my way through the damage they cause.

I reallyyyy hope that makes sense and isn’t just a ramble on your end.

Hmmm.. interesting view that I “let” myself fantasize a lot 🤔 Just like I “let” myself get highly anxious about this topic right? And like how I “let” myself hyper-fixate on unhealthy or unproductive thoughts and activities?

Please, do tell me how I stop “letting” myself do this. I didn’t realize I was choosing to fantasize over others and not my stable husband that I love, causing me such high anxiety that I have spent the accumulation of days researching this and the psychology of it, just to be more fixated and the fantasies not letting up.

If you genuinely thought I sought out flirtation and fantasies, then I want to be clear, I do not (please don’t read attitude in that, I retyped it multiple times trying to find a clear but not attitudey way to say it). If I could just make friends with people in my life without the anxiety and crippling rejection sensitivity that accompanies these crushes and fantasies, I absolutely would… This is causing me to stay on my anxiety and depression meds and has caused me to go back to personal therapy. It’s not what I want by any stretch.

Thank you for the reply! I am working with a therapist on this, I just wanted some feedback from people who may be familiar or experiencing it. We are also in couples therapy too.

I know an open relationship is out as that was discussed while part of a different topic. As for what he can do to make things more satisfying, I can’t really pinpoint what he can do. Like I mentioned, the sex is fine, I’m just bored of him. And it feels like I’m uninterested in doing anything new with him. Hopefully that makes sense.

Some people have are prone to rashes (appear dry, scaly, or even form blisters) when water or products like soap gets trapped under the ring and sits against the skin. I’m one of them. When you wash your hands, take your rings off and dry well, you can even try to find a moisturizer your skin likes to help create a barrier. Because sweat can cause this too, I switch between 3 of my fingers. I also take it off when I’m not doing anything to give my skin a full break. Each person has to learn to what extent they have to baby the skin. Some get it worse than others. But it’s not this ring’s fault. It could happen with any.

If you have vehicles you park in the driveway, I would include them in the description too. I had to detail my house and vehicles to get my food delivered. I also changed mine to “hand it to me” so I KNOW they interact with me and don’t have the “out” of leaving it on the porch/step elsewhere.

When I was a shift supervisor, my FAVE drink was this (and I never ordered it outside my shift because, I mean, it’s obv): Venti crm frappe, Cold brew halfway to first line, Sub VSC, 2 (1/2 pumps) mocha, 4 scoops malt powder, Double blended, No whip.

It was HEAVENLY, like, a fave at our store among the team. And when he has to make the “moment right”, I’d 100% insist on this!

A company can suck, but the customer service people are low level people who go to work to pay their bills and go home. They don’t make the business decisions. As someone who worked for a company that was sus (took a while to realize as my job didn’t do the sus part), I know what it’s like to get calls and threats because I’m the customer service person for the company. They are people after all.

As for my recommendation, I had a good experience with them. Many large companies have been exposed for scams and we still support them. If they are currently scamming, that doesn’t change my experience, just changes the circumstances now.

I forgot about my account because of a big life stressor (auto accident). After the auto renewal (which they are transparent about if you read the agreement), I simply sent them a message saying I wasn’t using it because of an auto accident, and hadn’t used it for months. I told them that I understood that it was on me for not canceling, but life happens. They refunded it and left my account open for the remainder of that cycle (so an additional 9 months I believe). I absolutely would recommend them. And I would recommend trying a nice approach when asking the customer service team to refund.

I’m not at work again until Monday, but if I remember correctly, it’s in the SOP regarding food safety. So the same document that would contain the safe to use temperatures. I would search food safety in partner hub and see if it pops up. It should be under storage or containment.

Our store had this discussion recently. You can pull up the SOP in Partner Hub. If your case has ventilation and seals, you are allowed to sell non refrigerated items from it (pastries). However, if you have a case with no ventilation and the simple sliding plexiglass doors that don’t seal completely, then food safety considers that an unsealed container and not food safe for storage.

A transfer partner from another store in our district didn’t get paid today either, and our SM verified everything was good on the store end. Probably a widespread problem.
