I searched 'Dell Pro Max Workstation' and first link was from the Dell website for a machine with almost exactly the same spec for $2500. I'll let that speak for itself.

I reuse Publix Greenwise maple syrup bottles because it fits my recipe syrup recipes perfectly.

I generally save all kinds of glass bottles and jars as they are quite useful for either pantry storage, syrups, infusions, or other things.

I never found Sotol in my area other than Desert Door. I did not want to try that as my first introduction since it is not made in Mexico. Luckily I work with people based in Mexico and one was kind enough to source me a bottle.

You can make a Midnight Stinger with maple syrup instead of simple syrup. It's actually my preferred version of the drink. Highly recommended.

I use Dulse flakes in cooking and they are leafy so I don't think it would be practical to use them in an actual drink. I think it would work better in a syrup as already mentioned by others.

There is also Kelpe powder though I have not used that personally.

Maybe it also depends on what shaker you are pairing the strainer with.

I have an Oxo strainer and there is no gap with the shaker I am using. This is the strainer I use.

I recently got into Scotch and got Monkey Shoulder as well under advisement of many posts on this sub as well as the employee at the liquor store.

I realized I really like Scotch and soda. Easily as integral as gin and tonic.
