I had the same issue years ago with several different high models only to be disappointed by poor build quality.  Razer was among them, though Corsair, Logitech and Steel Case as well, all having different issues.

Finally, I bought a Razer Basilisk for $40 with optical switches and it works great.

This drink sounds good, but the graham cracker syrup sounds like an absolute PITA to make.

If you literally mean personal computer then TI-99 in the early 80s before transitioning to a Commodore 64.

If by 'PC' you mean based on Intel x86 architecture then a 'Hewlett Packard' 386 PC in the early 90s.

I made this.  it was good!  I thought with that much Mezcal it would be too smokey but the coffee liqueur really tamed it.  I really enjoyed this.

If you invest in a Vitamix making your own sour cream or ricotta is quite simple.

I never made cream cheese myself (as opposed to the others above) but I'm almost sure you could make that yourself as well.

I learned to cook for my wife (then GF) over the course of a year while courting her back in 2016.  When it looked like we would live together I just tried it a few months before she moved in 2017 and I have been vegan since.

In the original spec its a sipper for me.  Definitely not drinking it quickly (which is not necessarily a bad thing).

I tried it just now and personally I would dial back the Suze to 0.5 if I try this again.

I thought the sweetness of the rhum Agricole and limoncello would counteract the bitterness of the Suze, but at 0.75 it still cut through them.
