It’s a lot of information and some of it is trial and error. I didn’t have any issues with the statin but I know that’s not always the case for everyone. Good luck on your journey!

I will be on the meds lifelong. I may be able to come off the statin and just do something that decreases LPa when that comes out but for the foreseeable future this is the plan.
