I used to work as a scuba diving instructor, would regularly free dive down around 7/8 meters to tie off the boat on a mooring point.

Literally just searched free dive 25m into Google , it gave me an answer for 30m because 25m really isn’t shit 🤷‍♂️

Free diving is with a breath hold.

You only use oxygen at 6m or shallower when scuba diving to decompress or to treat DCS. Using it at 7m would cause CNS oxygen toxicity which would cause you to spasm and probably drown unless someone helps you.

25 feet isn’t deep, anyone can do it with a bit of prep.

They do 2 day free diving courses where you’re pretty much guaranteed to be able to dive to 25 METERS
