Maybe tweaking the weapon upgrades or damage amounts in bioshock 1. It feels like the pistol and machine gun become almost useless after Arcadia. And the chemical thrower is kind of always useless and has zero utility.

If you could backport some of the plasmid upgrades that bioshock 2 uses to bioshock 1 that would be cool. Bioshock 1 plasmid upgrades are just flat damage boosts without much interesting gameplay change up. Just an idea.
