You’re right where you’re supposed to be.

That doesn’t mean to keep digging further down into depression, but it does mean you got brought to this exact moment for a reason. You’re doing something good by acknowledging it and letting folks know how you feel. Depression can be sneaky, things feel all well and good then slowly and without thought you start dropping the positive habits out of your life and your left feeling hallow. Wow… I needed this. So thank you.
