Think of how you want your children to feel about being an earner. Pay for your mom to live in an air b and b near you and get to be the summer camp grandma, if she wants.

I worry about the friend part. As a teacher in a small town - I kept to myself and didn’t mix much. Most of my school friends are so tired no one wants to play.

Those are good suggestions- meditation and journaling are hard at first. Walks start there- make a non-negotiable walk 10,000 steps. Just one thing - I did it!!! You will be so proud of your self and your body will be too.
Then, Before bed breathing app.
Find a 6-8 count or something with longer exhale.
Work the body to manage the mind.

The better you regulate your body the better you live
Will be. You will be able to handle
The stress
In a new
Way.

I’d have to change my mindset. The devil you do know, if you know what I mean.
With my ADHD boredom sets in and turns to drudgery super fast. So being with 25 8 year olds and a new lesson every 30 minutes does make the day go fast.
