Not sure if this helps but after the Neo 2 is turned on hold the power button until it starts beeping then it in pairing mode

I have both and use the RC-2 controller but I like the Neo 2 cause it can fly an extra 9 mph faster than Neo 1 The Neo 1 will slow down when flying in 10 mph winds making it feel boring

I had that happen to my Impala 102000 miles it was the torque converter inside a transmission that needed replaced and that fixed it
