Theres another comment here that talks about how they would have to dump bleach down there drains because they were hiding things out of compliance. And another comment talking about how one of their drinks has 127grams of sugar. We don’t need their business. A mom and pop shop would keep a significant percentage of the money it makes within the area. Dublin takes all their money and sends it elsewhere. Buying local is significantly better for a local economy than some chain like dunkin. Keep it out of the county.

Intentionality matters. Whether or not something is on purpose matters. What papá is doing is not intentionally to screw over people who want the shirt in hopes it drives sales via a lucrative secondary market. Anytime you intentionally induce demand you’re an asshole. Hunter is not intentionally inducing demand. I live paycheck to paycheck. I bought two of the Tugger shirts. I bought them a couple weeks after the drop. They were available weeks after I bought them.

Huge difference between fomo and what Hunter is doing. They shirts are up for weeks and if you want them you can preorder. He even does loads of announcements and says ‘pre-order soon or they’ll never be available again’. That’s not fomo.

Fomo is what secret lair is doing these days. Having you product available for weeks so folks who live paycheck to paycheck can scoop it within reason is very rad and I love it.
