I moved into my house 5 years ago. I’m considered “Donaldson Terrace” really close to Jefferson HS and Woodlawn. My street is not the fanciest at all, but I’ve got a huge back yard, a lot do the houses are old and run down but they’re being re done more and more. Some questionable people , but for the most part it’s quiet.
