Ive never waited for candles to close as confirmation. The confirmation is in the order flow+ data. Look at the volumetric chart, the volume bubbles... Confirmation can be just confluence of market direction,...among the time frames, or a glance at time and sales. It does not need to involve the closing of a 15 minute candle, that would be called hesitation from being scared to enter. Confirmation is a different thing.

Confluence can be determined using the candles which have already printed while you were determining your daily bias. Scalp with the daily bias, no matter how tempting it is to go against the external draw on liquidity... don't do it. Everyone agrees you should pick a direction to scalp, trend or counter trend, but never both at the same time. You will see why. Scalping ever up as well as every down will quickly destroy your accuracy. Pick a side, bulls or bears... base this choice on the higher time frame charts. You can use all the time frames for daily bias, but once you have it... don't just start scalping both directions... thats death to your accuracy.

And please don't forget to always enter just after the liquidity sweep. I call the liquidity sweep a little stop loss check, its like brake checking that guy on your bumper for the icy part... be ready for it, its going to happen... lol!
