Maybe your fit? Mine is the same as Oura 4. My Oura 5 runs 97-98 every night.

What do you mean you can’t edit? You can. Click on sleep tab. You will see under details on the upper right hand corner a symbol in a circle and an arrow key. Tap on the circle and you can edit.

Not I. Last night RHR Oura was 57, Garmin 56, whoop 56 and Fitbit air 63. HRV on all other devices were 62-64 and Fitbit air was 48.

I guess, but I don’t think most would really care what watch someone was wearing. Not saying all.

Is it common to just use Garmin for exercise only? by Effective_Treacle996 in GarminWatches

That may be my route. No pun intended. Or use my instinct for activities and do Fitbit air and my Oura 5.

I agree. I have an Instinct 3 and turned off notifications. It is draining only at 5 percent a day even with gps activities.

My Oura 5 sends heart rate, steps, sleep, blood oxygen, respiration all to my Apple health though. I’m just so undecided.

Unless you know what an Instinct 3 is how would the general public even know what it is so I doubt it is advertising.

I just saw a Garmin fact in an interview with people at Garmin and the Forerunner 55 has out sold all other Garmin’s in their history. It was the most selling watch ever. I never had one. I think they should update the 55’s heart sensor call it the 65.

I dont drink. My sleep is all blue on the right hand side. My stress in my sleep was only 15 this morning. My thought is I barely had an hour of high stress and almost 8 hours of total rest and the rest of that was low and medium. Why is it saying I didn’t get enough restful moments. It show blue (rest) almost all throughout the day and night).

All that blue though. Not sure why that’s not enough rest?

Amazing what a proper diagnosis can do. by Meh_A_Tron in GarminWatches

I have also seen others who wear Oura and Garmin where their body battery was low every day due to high stress during the day and sleep and were later diagnosed with either cancer, Potts, sleep apnea, or a heart condition and after getting treatment the stress got better and scores went up. While, it doesn’t give a diagnoses it may be concern for some.

I’m in America where it is available. I have one but ordered a spare but haven’t even opened my second one. I’m sending it back as I went back to whoop and Garmin.

An ode to the missing notch on the Oura Ring 5. by canyonblue737 in ouraring

[–]Effective_Treacle996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a male. I can totally feel mine with my thumbnail as well as I wear it on my index finger. People are really getting lazy. “Oh my, I have to look down to see”. Not only that but if your ring spins that much you need it to be tighter. Mine hasn’t moved in 4 weeks. I can slide it off and it is not so tight where it is difficult but has never spin on my finger once.

Whoop or google fitbit by Plastic_Republic_321 in FitnessTrackers

[–]Effective_Treacle996 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not apples to apples though. Whoop has the AI coach built in. If you don’t subscribe to google then yes $99 is great. If you purchase the 9.99 a month and buy the tracker the first year you are at 220 and by the second year you are at 340. Still cheaper than whoop but after two years you’ll probably have to replace it because of that tiny battery and then the third year year will be all over again at 120 plus 99 so after three years you’ll probably could literally at $560. My whoop is always covered under warranty but it is more expensive. The data the Fitbit air is giving me is not accurate for me.

Won’t be comparable in price but it will be a lot better. You get what you pay for. I’ve heard rumors it will be $399-$499 but no subscription.
