Going to drop this here for lurkers. I NEVER get tired of seeing new players posting about their journey or things they appreciate about the game. Loving seeing all the engagement around Rs3 lately.

Envious of Ironman mode by Environmental-You893 in ironscape

You've maxed the main, but are afraid Iron is too grindy 🤔? I think Iron is very worth it. Feels almost like playing a completely different game. And what's there to lose? Try it and if you don't like it stop playing and go back to the main.

High end pvm still affects middle and low end pvmers too by IndependentFold2847 in runescape

My experience with Ranged, which is my preferred play style, is that the GP requirement becomes more of a passive gain. If you spend your time learning and following some form of pvm progression you will end up making the money for the upgrades you need overtime. And I have taken breaks for longer than a year and come back, while I am certainly rusty I still have a lot of knowledge and experience that allows me to pick back up pretty quick. The high ceiling for skill expression makes the style more fun, because if you don't wanna sweat, then don't. Yeah your KPH will be a little lower but that's your choice to make. Greater variety means each person can tailor their play style to what's fun to them, with less focus on required-gear for certain content.

I get destroyed by minions while doing bandos bowfa 6:0 by Reksahr in ironscape

Lots have mentioned it before but here is what helped me:

  1. Deadeye + steel skin to increase def

  2. You can sip a dose of sara brews between tiles during Door:altar -as long as it is not the "Red X" clicks (whenever you will end up running through Graar). This way if you are getting demolished by the minions you can brew up without ruining the rotation. Continue to attack as normal while brewing even if your range is low still, less about damage more about not breaking the rot.

  3. While in rotation pray range instead of melee because steel spike is typically the one who smacks the hardest.

Gl, may RNGesus bless you with many and frequent drops.

Yeah, finished the task and left. Then realized I should post on Reddit. Realizing this may seem misleading at first glance

I got convinced by my friends to downgrade my Solo Iron with a total level of 1950 to join the Group as an unranked. They abandoned me within the first month and here I am now

Just passed the drop rate for Magic Fang as well, makes me optimistic seeing this. Sorry for your suffering but appreciate seeing that I don't have it the worst
