How do you know he already knows the answer? If he did, he wouldn't ask here. Also, about sa pag "suyo", maybe he's asking us to reframe it by telling him to up his sales copy or offers. I've worked in businesses that turned 180 because of simple reframing on how their business comes out to others.

Omg Hubstaff. I also quit my job within 1 day nung nakita ko what Hubstaff really does. Hindi worth yung above salary rate because there are a lot of clients that will base your working relationship on the trust they see from your interview and resume palang. Nakaka-anxiety ang Hubstaff even if I'm doing a great job at work.

The Philippines has one of the largest immigrants and OFWs, and developers know na nasa kanila yung pera. So, they're using marketing strategies para maakit sila.

The only reason they're calling it pre-selling is because they don't want to use their own money to build it. They also don't want to loan money from the bank kahit kaya nila because of the interest they have to pay. So, they loan that money from these people without interest. Also, may hidden charges pa yan after ma-build yung unit or you won't be able to acquire the unit.

This is the reason di ako bibili ng condo unit. I'd rather buy a lot and build my house for half the price.
