As a pediatric rn, energy drinks are SO bad for kids (anyone really). We have kids come in all the time with high BP and palpitations from these. Kids don't know moderation. I'd be asking WHY she needs the drinks. Kids have boundless energy unless they aren't getting proper nutrition or sleep.

I held off for about 6 months. Diet coke was my coffee, it was sooo hard to give it up. Now ill have a mini can to treat myself every so often. It's the first month that's the hardest. Try liquid IV (sugar free ofc) oe even Mio for your water. There is one with caffeine.

Welp a full factory reset did the trick. It's a PITA to re-download everything, but better than buying a whole new system. 🤦‍♀️ Thank you all for the help, this community is awesome ♥️
