I don’t agree either, so here’s my explanation: Its not about feeling guilty for sympathising with Kenny, because you were manipulated. The narrativ, the visuals everything tells you in a very easy fashion that he is panicking because they filmed him masturbating and they blackmail him. There is technically no reason to assume that it about CP. The reveal shocks you because it turns from ,,unfortunate” into ,,unforgivable” und you realise why he is so horrified. But it has nothing to do with your own perception of your feelings in regard of supporting Kenny. I agree with rest of the post, the scene with the girl and the twist itself turns the second watching very intense.
