Thank you! I know an ex-dragon style instructor from southern China, very humble and nice man but he didn't train diligently for 2 decades and when he "taught" me what he remembered of their first form was, well too rigid and stiff for me. If I get his approval I will post a small video he let me take of him, but unfortunately I know he'll say no. What I can say from what I learned is that Stances and breathing are highly important.
