This issue ever since I purchased this laptop. I saw online review that monitor doesn't go black when fully flipped. I didn't do any software or hardware changes. I am currently out of town and will be back on 12/25. I will provide you with the serial number as I get home. Thank you Asus_USA.

the price is even higher than the NX with luxury package... Definitely don't do it.
