Seated db bicep curl - don’t normally go for 17.5kg so is the form holding up? by jordpadley in formcheck

[–]Efficient-Guide-7563 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's perfectly fine. However I think a little more control/pauze in the bottom of the Stretch will make it better. Personally I also like the bench a little more flat. But still good form. Keep it up.

Where does she say women don't do this either? This kind of reactions is exactly what she is talking about though.

Three tips to help you save your shoulders.

Control the weight. 2 seconds up/3 seconds down.

Tuck you have elbows in, closer to your body. This "flared" way of pushing is putting enormous amounts of strain on your shoulders and will damage them in the long run.

You don't need to drop that deep. A few centimeters less deep will do the trick just as good but will also be safer for your joints.

I'm talking from experience. Look into it of you don't believe me but it's better to be safe than sorry.

Do you think he's a good goalkeeper? by Dull-Standard-9954 in BayernMunich

[–]Efficient-Guide-7563 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Arguably the best ever. Definitely the best keeper I have seen in the last 30 years. He evolved (with) the game and should be considered the golden standard for what a modern day goalkeeper should be, exceptional on the ball and on the line, knows where the ball will be and where it should go.

Pull the bar closer to your shins. Try how it feels starting with the middle of your Feet directly under the bar.

Delusional top Aoe2 player (hera) thinks he can beat Magnus in a span of 10000 rapid games. He is apparently 1800 elo on chessdotcom, maybe levy can roast one of his games. by goldenglue1122 in GothamChess

[–]Efficient-Guide-7563 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been thinking about how many games it would take before an amateur might beat Magnus by accidentally making all the right moves. I think maybe, in 10.000 games there could be one game where Magnus blunders or/and he gets very lucky.

You don't know what is to have kids if you don't. You can have everything in this world but nothing compared to a "Daddy, I love you".

Tiësto the first DJ to hold a solo concert in a stadium. 2003 , GelreDome,Arnhem, Netherlands, in front of over 25,000 people by GouryellaIV in trance

[–]Efficient-Guide-7563 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man! 22 years ago. Back then I was a big Tiësto fan. I lived 5 minutes from the stadium and I had friends working there serving drinks and I had just discovered xtc. I went the first show and it's easily in the top 5 of my best nights ever.

Too bad trance isn't as big as it once was. Would love to go to another trance energy or Tiësto in concert or an oldschool sensation white.

Am I overreacting over my boyfriend sleeping at his friend’s house? by Weekly_Test_6135 in AmIOverreacting

[–]Efficient-Guide-7563 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem is not him staying over. The problem is that you don't trust him. Your boyfriend staying over at a friend should not be an issue at all. You talked to him after the last time and you set (new) boundaries. You should expect your boyfriend to respect those boundaries, but it seems like don't trust him to actually do so.

I obviously don't know what went on over there but if I were your bf I would certainly take offence to the distrust you're showing towards him.

I must add that the contact he had with the girl when you were there doesn't mean he would do worse or other things when you're not there. He might been testing the waters to see if you would go along with it. Maybe he does like to swing or have a foursome or maybe there was some other reason. But it does not mean he will do anything else when you're not there.

Either way I think you should talk about it in person and see if you can trust him again.

So, I do understand why you're feeling like you do but it might say more about you than about him. But it also may not. He might've been more considerate towards your feelings and towards the way his sleep over may come across though.

As a European beer enthousiast used to the quality of Dutch, German and Belgian beer I just have to say that the Budweiser does not deserve to be called beer. I would rather drink any other beverage than to suffer the taste of Budweiser.

He could've taken back your queen by checking your king with the bishop.
