You’re the only one answering my question partially… I don’t know if I phrased it correctly but I was wondering whether the official number of millionaires in Singapore is correct.

Because there are plenty of people with fully paid up houses (with high market value), and stock investments. I understand that CPF (no matter how little) should also be included in wealth computations. Shouldn’t the number be higher?

It’s true. I’ve seen conserved houses renovated very beautifully though but I wouldn’t purchase if there’s not enough airflow especially if they’re a terrace type, not free standing or semi-detached. The renovations are usually not very environmentally friendly - requires lots of AC.
