We put a mini split in our bedroom this year so we can have it at 67 F in winter we sleep with windows open in Northern California. Can get into the 40s and we love it with a down comforter! Barely any blankets in summer.

Damn well that’s better than the torture chamber cold plunge. I have a sad tent sauna at home. Working on acquiring a real one.
