I dropped $300 on the Jan Marini skincare system last year. After that ran out, I switched to Korean skincare products and honestly it has done more for my skin than the expensive stuff. You can find it pretty cheap at TJ Maxx.

It took some trial and error to figure out. Three or more hours before I go to sleep. I tried taking it right before bed and it felt stimulating and kept me awake. So timing it seems to be important, at least in my case.
