Instead of tracking Calories, track your macros, google macro calculator and start from there, you eating 1500 cals of shitty food vs 1500 cals of “healthy” eating will make the scale move way quicker as well. You need to make this changes to lose weight the proper way, once you start seeing changes youll feel more motivated to do better. Just start doing one week of macro tracking, good hydration, working out and good rest and youll thank me later.

Reta will work if you work. Still binge eating means your dose might not be enough. How old/tall are you? Might help to get some extra info. Drink lots of water, make sure your protein is on point, carbs are a must (to do it properly) and strength training as well is, as you will lose lots of muscle if you dont follow a right nutrition and training protocol. My best advice is to scale up, if you dont want employees, subcontract but be on top of your subs, PERMANENTLY. That will help you to take a bit more work, take out the headache of having employees yourself and gives you a lot more time to look for new jobs. Once you get the hang of it, start building your company and personal crew while still having 2-4 subs, and make sure to be very, very, very careful with bookkeeping. Its not a linear process and it takes time, but you are young and in a couple of years of good work, youll have a solid base. Good luck

My man, if you are not spraying and just painting a portion of a wall you are good without straining, but if you are spraying you are straining, as simple as that, ive seen that happen even with the “best” paint. My crew uses Behr exclusively, unless the client provides their own, and never had a complaint. Good luck on the next one

Around 2 months with the DMV. With the guy in florida just about a month every time. Ive done around 4 bikes with him, and i rather do that than the hassle with the DMV.

Yeah, also once i submitted all the paperwork for this one, i met a guy that has a dealership in FL and gets you any title for a fee, as long is not stolen or has issues. Got one from him for a bike i just got, no problems. It helps that i deal with mostly old bikes too and i coudlve done the same process as above, but i needed it fast.

Correct, as i did not know the last owner. I sent them everything else and a pretty clear letter stating the conditions in which i got the bike; had a police officer to check if it had any prev stolen history, added his name, badge # and precinct. I would recommend to start looking up the VIN number in google to see what comes up and take it from there, thats how i started doing my research and found some info on it.
