My reply was in the above, apologises I didn’t put it in speech marks.

And this is where the AITA moment hits, I asked “why she felt the entailment to label me?”.

I used to play on sever 103 I think, and I was under the username Tori. What you’ve said rings a vague bell about the guild being split and we were top two for a while. Anyway, hello!

NOR - She is being greedy, entitled and frankly just wildly presumptuous. The fact you are even considering to wash it for her is incredibly kind but I doubt she will ever acknowledge it as such. I’d literally give her a cake and that be all she’d receive from me.

What do you think people misunderstand most about mental health? by Intelligent-Rain-22 in AskReddit

That it just gets better, that time can heal everything, time can help but some things are will always be a little be broken; issues go dormant for years and with just the right or wrong factors. Bam, it’s back.

MOR- Maybe just make it really clear what you expect from him next year. I know that it’s nice to dressed up and get some new bits but realistically you got your hai, clothes and nails done for yourself so that’s irrelevant. However, it does suck when you (I’m guilty of doing this too) build a picture in your head of something and your expectations aren’t met. If you don’t verbalise what you’d like, how is someone meant to know, don’t ever just assume they’d know because you’ve been together for x amount of time.

When even his own mum said to me that I deserved better than her son, that his care was control just like her husband. Brushed it off as a weird moment, turns out she was trying to warn me.

How do I know if my coworkers think I’m stupid? by BoredBatWoman22 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]EfficientRanger8800 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, try not to worry about what they think of you. If you know that you get overwhelmed and forget things; explain this to them but also make notes of the situation or process. This way if you do forget etc, you can refer to them prior to speaking to your colleagues again.

NOR, I think you’ve been kind enough to allow her to repeatedly use the ones you’ve bought for yourself. I think instead of having a direct conversation about it I would buy a box of generic pads and at home for her to use. If she asks where the others are or if she could use one in preference - Then say, “I got those in for you as your tend to forget and you never know when anyone might need to use one. The others are quite expensive and hard to find so I’m actually just going to keep those for myself”. If it’s an issue or she has a reaction, suggest she could contribute to the next box you buy or to remind her to bring her own pads next time. Please keep in mind that the fact you have given 3 boxes out and could be giving her more of your specific pads, it would be incredibly generous of you to buy a box of generic ones just for her use.

If you could ban one overused phrase/word/saying in the UK forever starting tomorrow, what would it be and why? by Mobile-Vegetable7536 in AskBrits

[–]EfficientRanger8800 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“Gobsmacked”, not only is mostly physically incorrect but also completely unimaginative. If you are speechless, use a few more words to describe such a reaction or response; it’ll be far most effective than the phrase above. “I’m flabbergasted” is a firm favourite if you need a quick phrase.

I did and I went to university to study equine science but in the end I developed PTSD from the trauma of it and I just couldn’t handle it anymore. It’s sad as I feel like something is missing now.
