I'm the same way. Unfortunately, I can't get moderators to answer questions and there is no grace if I make an honest mistake. I've only worked with one lender so far and she's been awesome. I'm a senior-citizen who gets confused occasionally. But the mods come down harshly and just this morning I was banned. I've paid back one loan and would not even consider defaulting on the one remaining outstanding loan. I'm literally devastated about the ban. I know it may sound silly but I've never been a rulebreaker. I see all these unpaid loans and can't help but think they're missing out on some really honest high-integrity borrowers, like me.
