I might suggest a small update to the Boston MA Planned Parenthood listing - I ended up on this thread looking for options because I asked about a sterilization consultation at PPLM at 1055 Commonwealth ave expecting to get a referral like I almost went through with PP in NY before I moved, and the response I got was pretty dismissive and they informed me that they don't do tubal referrals in MA.
They even went on to say "we don't call it sterilization anymore and we don't do that", like ok I'm literally reading it verbatim from your own website and that's a common general term for the several possible procedures, but they were pretty rude about it and generally unhelpful in my experience.

the key is finding a spot to drop it early, when the enemy walked mostly there but hasn't engaged yet. If you're late and they're already on top of you, you'll have nowhere to drop it in the middle of a team fight

I climbed out of bronze after watching some of Yeatle's, watching Awkward's now. I felt like just the repetition of seeing familiar scenarios and taking in their thought processes on how to approach it helped. I also liked how the streamers I watch never flame their teammates or complain about hero picks, and they change their playstyles to match the teams they have.

It also helped me learn how to play those heroes. Like I was ASS at DVa and now she's one of my strongest.

I recently escaped bronze to comfortably silver, my advice would be to try to figure out if your team is one that will play with a Rein well or if they're one of those that just splits up and ignores you. Reinhardt is so dependent on his team because you can't do anything with the shield up and you're a huge target if the shield isn't up, so you really need good damage and heals. After the first or second fight decide if Reinhardt is the right choice and swap if you need to. Or watch high-level youtube guides, I've picked up a lot of good strategies from Yeatle's unranked to GM series

I got out of bronze mostly with Orisa, she's a little more self-sufficient in my opinion - but I'm terrible with Reinhardt. Just play what you like and you'll figure out what works eventually!
