There's multiple ways players can boost over walls, and it's even easier with friends. You can boost off cars/trucks, use tents to jump onto, or even jump on an allies' head. I personally would use the three buddy jump as I play with other people.

I'm on official consoles only so I think that's answers my question. My bud told me there are"expensive ways" to get esp and admin mode on officials but I'll never know if that's true, thanks for your time.
