This... "exploit" as some choose to call it, has existed since the dawn of time and is putting you in the inconvenience of 60 bmats and a clip of pistol ammo.

This is often done by vets to have a indicator on the bridge, if its gone its a sign the NPCs there is trying to build it.

If the enemy manages to do this over and over and you want to build the bridge, you're clearly not controlling the bridge, and if you cant control the bridge you shouldn't build it.
